3-4 rack of ribs with kicap manis sambal glaze, served with rice. Can’t taste much of the sambal but it’s tasty and we loved it although the ribs were quite fatty.
Comes with a small portion of salad and some mashed potato. The steak was done medium rare, just the way we wanted it to be, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. The steak sauce that was drizzled on top of the mashed potato was a tad too salty but it’s just nice when eaten together with the steak.
