braved the queue and i can see why it's so popular!! Mero Saikyoyaki ($24.90) was oily, silky soft and buttery
interesting because it’s topped with ponzu & shiso oil which elevated the taste rather than the usual lemon & tobacco
not chewy & easy to bite - the exact texture i’m looking for and they delivered
not the cereal i expected but still enjoyable! not too oily too
fish was v fresh! added chinese cabbage & potato slices (+$3 ea.) which made a satisfying meal for 2. Personally prefer TANYU in terms of taste, value and presentation, but soup here is more 麻 and location is more accessible!

idk why the presentation is like that...looks like leftovers😭😭😭 anyway this was actually pretty good!! batter stayed crispy throughout the meal and prawns were plump, though more could have been given. note that the mustard is more like wasabi
cod was so tender!! i liked how smooth the mash potato is but..why is it bigger than the main dish HAHAHA
had to wait 30min for this dish to be prepared but it was sooo worth it🤤🤤 get this for ur main!!!
