Very umami item, stirred well to enjoy.
Asked for less salt. Then add minced garlic & kelp vinegar.
Highly recommended!

Truffle Yuzu Kosho Duck Chashu Soba ($15.50) - bold and savoury niboshi duck paitan broth

Oko Shrimp Dumplings ($8/ 4pcs) - fun, crowd-pleasing bites of fried shrimp dumpling drizzled in mayo and crowned with bonito flakes

[QUEENSTOWN, SINGAPORE] Just take my money and give me these bowls of noodles again. I crave for them so much now after looking at these photos again 🥹

@liulangmian_sg executes their Japanese ramen with a twist, and I must say it worked so well. Take their Signature Chilli Lok Bak Soba 🍜 ($14.50) for example. The noodles were so al dente and well coated in some kind of umami magic sauce that makes you want to slurp this up so much! Give me the noodles itself and I will be satisfied. What's even more amazing is their emphasis on their ingredients as well! The braised pork was so tender, succulent and flavourful 😍 definitely a very good rendition.

If you prefer soup based noodles, their Grilled Duck Soba 🍜 ($16.70 with soy marinated egg) is amazing as well. Think rich umami broth, al dente noodles and incredible smoky flavours, this is one bowl of noodles you need to try as well. It may be slightly salty for some, but for tonkutsu broth lovers (I'm a Jirorian as well), this is a flavourful broth you will approve 👍🏻

Definitely coming back for more ✨ Do note that there is a small seating space so you might have to queue!

The noodles were a bit hard. The sauce wasnt salty. They had siu siu chilli at the side which customers can add freely. The ramen egg was very nice.

We happened to visit during their limited edition menu in collab Siu Siu. One of the options were Tsukemen. The noodles were cooked to slightly softer side. The sauce wasnt too thick, abit soupy. It goes very well with the noodles. The char siew were too fatty for me. But the slices were very thick.
