3 of them, brown butter cookie w choc, caramel cookie, sunny side up marshmellow

Brown butter wasn't too strong but I'm pretty sure it was valrhona choc, it was good. The caramel was alright, it had hazelnut as well but it sticks to your teeth. Marshmellow was meh

Overall this is a pretty decent place, a lot of the ingredients are local and the quality is not diminished at all. However is it mind-blowing? Not really. At this price tho, it's a very good meal for sure

Dry aged duck, the duck flavour was quite strong, esp the roasted aroma in the very crispy skin which was almost reminiscent of Peking style. The meat can be abit chewy tho since we got medium rare as recommended, do get medium instead.

Their plum jam was quite unique esp when combined w the mustard seeds. Furthermore endive was well glazed and tender, and the kale is the absolute best I've had. Grilled to a smoky crisp

The balance of the dish was great, everything, seemingly complex, actl goes well tgt when you put a bit of everything in one bite

The figs from dalat were ridiculously juicy, pair that with high quality imported straciatella and you have a safe combo sure to please. Not to mention the hint of smokiness from the grilling process, and the truffle honey and mints combining for a wild mouthful

The sausage was alright, the pickled shishito pepper from dalat was nice tho, and the thin pita was approximately chewy.

Green mango sorbet, it was an intense bite but the strength of the roasted peanut came thru the most
