If you didn’t know, Shinsho Ramen serves a range of Pai-tan ramen that features a delicate chicken broth with rich flavours. The creamy consistency and deep savoury flavours of the Pai-tan soup is a result of boiling and simmering a large amount of whole chicken, pork bones and several kinds of seasonal vegetables for more than 8 hours! Having tried their Black Garlic, Spicy Red Miso and Special Black Truffle, we concluded that our top favourite is the latter. I must say the texture of the round noodles were great too!
