Idk why, it's not particularly crispy and the flesh was just good, but somehow the entire combination is so lip smacking. Couldn't stop srsly, although I know there are better places out there with crispier unagi. Chalk it up to the magic of fresh unagi
There's a light crunch on the surface and flesh was flaky. The rest of the items are decent. The crunch is much more obvious for the white grilled than the normal teriyaki style, although it still does disappear after a while
The vibes here are immense. Coupled with good food and a reasonable price, it's no wonder they're always booked
It's quite funny. They require at least one item per person, not necessarily main. So you can literally get a drink and count as one item
Anyway this was average. Abit dense, the unagi also didn't extend all the way (the smaller side's piece don't have much unagi)
