Mangolicious @ $9.80+
Was a bit surprised to see the mango slice on the side. Overall a nice drink especially on a hot day.
Lemak chilli api crab pasta @ $16+
Overall this seems a bit ordinary but still tasty and not bad. Soft shell crab a bit on the salty side. Comes with prawns and some sotong.
Smoked duck laksa @ $12+
Fusion laksa that contains usual laksa broth + linguine pasta + smoked duck. The broth is flavourful and creamy, while the pasta is nicely cooked. However we felt that the smoked duck didn't quite value-add to the dish.
Also comes with taupok, cucumbers, taugay and egg.
Star of the dish is the chilli which is spicy and sweet and brings the broth to a whole new level.
Light, fluffy & flavourful fried rice with chopped long beans, spring onion, eggs & beansprouts in it. Sides with flavoursome grilled chicken topped with percik sauce & torch ginger bud. Comes with half a salted egg, mini mango salad & a small pack of colourful crispy keropok; then, a small dose of spicy sambal is added.π
The taste of the fried rice somehow resembles the one I had on board the KTM train. The smell of it is so similar. Specking of train, I miss travelling on a train where you get to enjoy the forest and Kampung view, the small & cosy bed to sleep in and the extraordinary long hours of rockiness from the train.ππ΄
As for the chicken, it was well-marinated with spice, dry but tender, huge and grilled perfectly. Makes me eat till suck the bone.π
The creamy coconutty percik sauce seems kind of little compared to their picture from their website.π The touch of torch ginger bud helps to heighten the flavour and open the appetite.
Mango salad was appetising, keropok given were quite a lot, the picture above is only like near to 1/2 a pack, and the sambal is lit.π

Just admire at that gleaming glorious thick black piece of martabak manis!π€π€π€
It's so beautiful and classy. Indeed, befitting to be called as Black Royal.π€π
Super big lah the pancake. You might have thought this thickness might cause jelak-ness, but I can say it's not. It had a well distribution of grated cheese melted within, sweet chocolate rice and spam of peanuts. Not that sinful as everything is in a moderate ratio but it still deliver great results. Great for those who prefer less sweet.π

Salted egg shimeiji mushrooms @ $12
Salted caramel drink @ $9.80
Peanut Butter drink @ $9.80
Came by for some snacks during tea time on a weekday and it's quite empty! The salted egg shimeiji mushrooms are great and not too gelak for 2 to share. And the beverages are very creamy and yummy too!
Quite a small and cosy place which can fill up quite easily, so gonna make plans to come back during off peak hours for their nasi lemak and murtabak next time!
