Finally had the chance to have a meal at this burp-pular place! Steaks come in 200g/ 400g/ 600g option. Went medium rare and the meat blended well with the semi-honey mustardish tartar sauce (?). Enjoyed it and it'll be even better if they can slice the meat thinner.
The Chirashi Don is one of the signature dishes of Ginzawa @ginzawa , offering generously fresh portions of Hotate, Kinmedai, Tai, Otoro, Botan Ebi, Shima Aji, Akami, Buri, Ikura and Uni on rice. Oh, the rich creamy uni.

One of the more interesting frozen desserts I have had so far.
A dish that was both a hit and miss. Described as crispy, the waffles were not doubt crisp, but it feels a tad floury and airy inside without any fluff, but overall it was saved by the "secret recipe" chicken thigh which seemed to include spiciness in the marinade so you would not get enough of the juicy and crispy golden-brown fried chicken. Another savior of the dish was the maple syrup, which helped by inducing a bit of sweetness to make the waffle taste rather decent.

V unwilling a revealing a well-kept secret. This gem of a place tastes exactly like HaiDiLao for a reason. The folks were ex employees of HDL. Except the fact that due to their smaller scale, they are unable to provide the same variety of seafood and flashy noodle making, the rest of the food tastes just exactly like the original with a 30% discount and no 2hrs queue. Come quickly before the queue forms. People are going to find out soon....
