The service is exactly what one expect from MO , unobtrusive but always one step ahead, anticipating very small need . Everything was perfectly executed , the wagyu sandwich is so good I would come back just for this .

We tried the spring menu & I love the fresh clean delicate favours n textures . Not heavy but very cleverly mixed flavours . It’s a real treat for the eyes ears n tongue .

When u want various flavours of crayfish , this is the place to go , they use an Australian variety of crayfish which they farm in Indonesia n deliver fresh . They also offer FOC peeling service for those who don’t wanna get their hands dirty . The peppers and pig blood dish was nice too .

Exquisite quality breakfast with breathtaking views of the bay

The ID did a fantastic job , very pretty location . For groups u can have a lovely square table layout with bbq in the middle or facing the chef . But the service was poor , table was not cleaned properly before we sat down , lacks finasse & training. Food was nothing to complain about but also nothing to rave about .

Their pork wanton & dumplings can be tabao n put in the freezer , taken out anytime to dump into Toru soup w vegetables .

The decor & high ceiling with the stage brings u back to old Shanghai n old school family reunion dinners . U get the feeling the service staff have worked here their whole lives n e patrons are long time regulars , it feels very warm n homely . The service staff are excellent , it’s from working a long time n knowing what e customer wants even before they open their mouth . Most importantly , every dish is good , has standard . This lamb dish self wrapped in crepe skin is one of my fav .

We enjoyed the Horfun w Scallops and Carrot Cake w Prawn , it is very well executed with the abundant wok hei & crispiness . But the price vs portion somehow doesn’t make it worthwhile . $38 for a Hor Fun u truly expect a bigger portion even if scallops were used .

U expect a really good cheesecake from Olivia and it delivers . The strawberry matcha was a great , not too sweet .

The red wine chicken had a really tasty warming broth which I lapped up . but the thunder tea rice was a bit dissapointing , although the 25 grain rice was something different , it lacked the usual green vegetables I see at other thunder tea rice places , it felt more like a rainbow rice bowl with the yellow capsicum etc . The chilli was excellent though .

You get to see the skilled chefs grill the meat right before your eyes . We took the chef special which was an excellent deal for the number of dishes and qualify of meats . Wonderful for date nights or anyone who enjoys qualify tasty meats n side dishes

It’s conveniently located and accessible from outside of Paragon which is great . The cake was average for me …
