Had a great dinner at Meadesmoore β€” a steakhouse that really delivers, especially if you’re into wagyu and unique cuts. The 32-day dry-aged zabuton was the star for sure: incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with deep, beefy flavour from the dry ageing.

We shared a few plates β€” the onion & kombu crusted bone marrow was rich and umami-packed, especially on sourdough, and the balsamic mushroom paired beautifully with the steak.

Ended with a pineapple & sticky date turnover, which was sweet and comforting, with the ice cream balancing it out nicely.

Overall, a super satisfying meal β€” would absolutely come back for that steak alone.

Staff was very friendly in guiding us to our seats & taking our orders and even gave us recommendations on what to try! I liked the Kani Gratin (that was recommended by the staff) the most as the mentaiko on it was flavourful. I had my meal with the sweet Sake of the week & it complimented the food well. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

I tried the flat iron steak with mushroom sauce with truffle fries and butter corn as the side dish. I loved that the steak was juicy and tender, and the truffle fries was very flavourful. The atmosphere at the restaurant was comfortable and the staff was very friendly! Overall, definitely recommended!

I tried the Denver and I had it in medium. Meat was cooked and it was very flavourful and was definitely enough for me! The atmosphere there was also very chill. Amazing experience, I loved it!

I tried the Butao Ramen and I loved it! It is nice and the ramen is very soft! However, usually the Ramen egg comes together with the Ramen egg but for this one, we have to order a separate Ramen egg for that. However, the ramen is nice on its own and can go without the Ramen egg so I guess it’s okay.
