Relatively pricey but still decent for good butter chicken ($17) and garlic naan ($5) in a comfortable restaurant setting.
Protip: SAFRA members get 10% off everyday, so bring your card (MINDEF personnel get it too except only on Sunday to Thursday, bring your 11B)
Our Favourite will definitely be the Beef Bulgogi Waffles ($16) - made with gochujang rice interestingly included into the waffle batter topped with souv vide beef slices, kimchi coleslaw and a poached egg! All of the flavours flow really well together along with tender thinly slice meat and tangy sauces. Paired your meal with their Coconut Cold Brew ($6.50), we fell in love with the creamy regular one). Thank you Ying for hosting us last night and sharing with us all the interesting information about palettes! And thanks @juliuslim for extending the invite!
One of the more "modern" dishes available in this nostalgic-themed cafe. Scrambled egg were runny though lacked seasoning, while the chicken franks were a bit too salty. Appreciated that they used pillowy soft bread for their toast, which is toasted to crisp on the exterior though only comes with butter inside.
Read about this stall for quite some time and was father intrigued by the Chinese desserts that they sell. They might not have Yam Paste which I am on the hunt for, but the Almond Paste here is really good; smooth and thick paste that was not too starchy, hence not too filling with an intense aroma of almonds in the paste. Really leaves you wanting for more; would try the Sesame Paste if I am here some other day.
Recommended by @geekyelephant ,this cafe does a good cuppa of Flat White ($5.90) with a robust flavour. In true #WorkHardAnywhere fashion, Bridge is a nice spot with a conducive environment to do some reading or work as it has the essentials such as a couple of power plugs, WIFI, food and drinks.

Flat White Coffee (Priced at $5), and Truffled Egg Mayo with Lumpfish Roe on Toast (Priced at $8.50). Nice breakfast to fill the tummy after a 10km run.
shroomazing burger with a whole portobello mushroom in your face, IN YOUR FACE! always love a rude and ugly fatty patty. comes complete with reported recently, life threatening cancer inducing bacons. come at me bro.
So far the only cafe where you'll see them roasting their own bean. If you are a coffee drinker, a place not to be missed! Note they do not serve any food.
DSTLLRY is definitely not what you would consider a traditional Japanese restaurant, but don't underestimate the quality of their food. In particular, their lunchtime dons (rice bowls) seem to be irresistible. The chunks of plump and fresh salmon, maguro and hamachi are tossed in a special mix of mirin, dashi and soy sauce, making their Barachirashi Don ($16.90), quite simply, to-die-for. What's unique is that you can opt not only for a salad instead of rice for your Barachirashi, but also a Barachirashi Spicy Ramen, if you're not a chirashi purist, that is. The only catch? This dark, sexy bar and art gallery is kinda hidden in the depths of Portsdown, so please keep this chirashi in mind should you be in the area during lunch!
