With a sensuous texture that's a cross between a custard pudding and a smooth peanut butter, this Italian dessert is decadence with a capital D.
The audaciousness of the butterscotch will make your toes curl in the most swoon-worthy way too. And in case all of that gets a bit much, thank goodness for the big dollop of cream. Voluptuous whipped fat can always be counted on for the tastiest of cushioning.
The biscottis made with Maldon sea salt, rosemary and pine nuts, were an ideal savoury complement.

So I've heard of this menu called Reverse Smores -- never knew it's banana sorbet inside. Kinda hesitated to order when i read it on the spot, but you can't really mess up a banana dessert, can you? So there you go!
Dark-choco Thins topped with banana sorbet [and some white chocolate -- i believe], covered in lightly torched marshmallow, crowned with 3 beautiful caramel thins, seated on a beautiful wood-ish plate, in a cloud dome. [Inside-out description 😂] If you love banana and have major sweet-tooth, opt for this! 😍

As if their mouth watering Flank and Burnt Onion weren't enough, we took the bull by the horns and got ourselves a second steak. Sublimely buttery and marbled Mayura Station Australian Full Blood Wagyu scotch fillet, its exterior purified by grill fire whilst remaining gloriously rare within.
Beef of this quality needs no unecessary adornment and all it requires is a pinch of sea salt, because this is how we (Mayura Cube) roll with our steak.

What a stellar rendition, elevated with four kinds of cheese – gruyere, emmental, cheddar and parmesan – and a heady dose of truffle oil. Totally my kind of comfort food!
A fresh Californian twist on a beloved brunch staple. Perfectly poached egg smothered in sweet crab meat and hollandaise, guacamole, toasted sourdough. So good.
