Sweet thai chilli with strong ginger taste, glazed onto deep fried popcorn chicken. Not bad.

Rather adventurous but good try!
Fresh seafood hotpot that’s good for two.

Must be our first time eating chicken breast meat satay. The breast meat was surprisingly tender and well marinated w savory sauce, with a little charcoal fragrance from the barbecue process too.
Remember to dip into the peanut sauce and balance out the richness with pieces of raw cucumber and onion.

Besides the signature BBQ Balinese style pork ribs, their house special pork knuckle is also worth a try!
Different from Germany pork knuckles which are mostly oven roasted, naughty nuri’s deep fried their knuckles till golden crispy, though some part of the meat can be a little drying.
The pickles (pineapple & onion) and the spicy sambal chilli sauce on the side were both great complementaries to go along w the pork knuckle.

We were not very impressed with TWT’s version of prawn paste chicken. Crispy but too oily, and lacking on taste of prawn paste.

The eggs were deeply fried and dispersed to create this fluffy, cotton-like omelette. It can be too oily after a few bites, but the oysters given were surely a lot. Still prefer the usual hawker finds of oyster in egg and starch mixture.

I don’t really get the ‘prawn’ but other than that, everything’s good. Love chewing the crunchy chestnut pieces.

Probably the best and cheapest fish head steamboat in Singapore, with overwhelming amount of ingredients. Soup base is very rich and flavourful. Always top our craving list on those cooling days.

I believe I have tried a great variety of salted egg dishes fo conclude this is so far the best! Without soaking in excess oil, the salted egg coating was rich, creamy and taste REAL. Unless the usual mostly-bone type of pork ribs, the ribs used here is so like pork chop, so tender and mostly meat than bones~

Tender and meaty pork ribs coated in sweet coffee sauce. Still prefer the salted egg version though.

Our favourite ribs from Morganfield’s. This naughty sticky bones is extra tender, well marinated and barbecued to perfection. Dipping sauce gives the extra kick 🔥
