Totally made by hand, painstakingly. @chinsinhuan is a sister outlet of Tanjong Rhu pau. Manned by the son and daughter of the elderly owner of Tanjong Rhu pau. It hopes to keep the old school tradition alive by continuing to literally hand craft the paus (buns). I could see the elderly owner in the kitchen, still busy doing what he has been doing for the last few decades.

This outlet is named after the coffeeshop, also named Chin Sin Huan, owned by the grandfather. The name translates to "Zheng - to brace up, Sin - new ideas, Huan - a land to grow in abundance".

A dish of grilled scallop and spine lobster deliciously garnished with uni and caviar. Daintily and artfully plated, this had the bursts of sweet, creamy, salty and smoky flavors all in one mouthful which equates to an umami foodgasm. Pork chop and veges. Curry gravy reminded me of an old school taste. Not spicy. Ladies fingers oozed with a sweet assam (tamarind) and subtle tangy finish. Pork chop was nice and crispy, however, it was alittle too "skinny". It would be nicer if there was abit more meaty punch to it.
