PUNCH is known for its drip coffee mm I got myself a flat white and it waz awezome!!!! the poached pear earl grey pancakes were a delight with the slightest hint of earl grey!!! the sweetness of the chocolate is slightly overpowering but perfect for anyone w a sweet tooth. salmon eggs ben were pretty good but we thought the mushroom toast could do with abit more seasoning
if you like crispy waffles that don't get chewy then creamier / sunday folks have just the waffle you're looking for! topped with smooth and creamy ice cream of all sorts of flavors, creamier is really your go to spot for dessert. Personal favorites are: thai milk tea, banana choc chip, earl grey and pb&j!!! my whole fam is in love with the earl grey haha we never leave without a pint!
been wanting to try the coffee here for a while now and decided to grab brunch at the same time :-) we got the PB Banana Toastie ($4) and Salmon and Egg Mayo Croissant ($7) really simple toasties done to perfection haha we thought the prices were pretty good for brunch smack in the middle of the cbd too! the egg mayo one was slightly too sweet for me mm we also got the Chia Seed Pudding ($6) which looked rather disappointing but turned out to be surprisingly addictive!! wouldn't say it's worth the 6$ tho but delicious anyway. COFFEE WAS GREAT THO
super cute Popsicles haha had a hard time deciding between the kiwi and durian one but went with the durian one in the end!!! definitely way overpriced for a Popsicle but gotta give it to them for fresh and rich flavor mm tried the earl grey pistachio (the most popular flavour) too but we though the flavors weren't strong enough and could do with a more milky texture.
only 6$ for fish and chips SAY WHAT and they were pretty yumz!! could do with more sauce but fish was fresh and seasoned alright :-) gotta try the wowfle burger too we got The Island ($13.80) featuring a juicy beef patty sandwiched between 2 bite-sized charcoal waffles (still crispy don't worry)!! serving is quite small for the price but it tasted pretty good! salted egg fries is worth a go if you like you salted egg sauce light and watery :-) for those who prefer richer and creamier sauce then you might wanna give it a pass haha
so rewarding after a long walk from the mrt under the sweltering heat haha we got the dark chocolate and the pistachio and goodness they turned out to be the perfect pair!! u gotta get a scoop of both flavors tgt man really never had anything like it 😗😗 individually they aren't that special haha just good quality gelato - very very rich and smooth :-) would strongly recommend the pistachio one! VERY fragrant and nutty!!!!!
alright this tasted more like a bland omelette I guess I'm just not a fan of Dutch pancakes but fortunately the generous (and delicious) toppings made up for it! duck was really tender and the fruits added a nice citrusy touch to the otherwise really really really bland dish :-) this leaves you feeling really light bc it doesn't have much oil hehe healthy? maybe
ohmygod this was so heavenly I can't even 🙄🙄🙄 did not expect the chewiness to the mochi balls and certainly did not think the chocolate oozing out would be worth any hype but not was I wrong. the flavors pretty normal but it turned out to be a frickin heavenly combination jeeeez still think the soft serve is a tad too sweet but yknow what I'd come back for the poopballs anyday man
this turned out to be way better than expected! generous serving of pretty well seasoned tomyum sauce that went perfectly with the tender chicken :-) ciabatta was crispy and light!! really worth the 10$! also the sauerkraut looks so cute HAHA the 5.50$ dirty chai is worth a try! for someone who loves chai but never orders it bc it's always done overly sweet here, u can really trust me when I say a chai latte is good ;-)
the brioche was soaked and dense with a pudding like texture and a tiny hint of fluff mmm I've never had a brioche so moist before and I really really loved this one!! the fruits were fresh and sweet with the rum-soaked bananas spicing up the good ol breakfast dish
what better way to start the day than a good cuppa and the creamiest scrambled eggs amirite??? The populus scramble is as good as the reviews say haha good amount of spice gave it flavour and it was the perfect amount of creaminess woop :-) populus also has one of the best blends I've had so shoutout to all the coffee lovers aye gotta give populus a try!
Simple but good hehe :-) portion was smaller than expected but just enough to satisfy breakfast cravings! thought my sour dough toast could be thicker and eggs needed a little more flavour but they were sooo creamy it makes up for everything :-))))) coffee was alright mm lacked the acidity that I prefer
