Ang Moh Zi Char is the only hawker stall in Singapore I know of which serves rosti. Being a big fan of their sister stall Butternut Kitchen and their thin crust fusion pizza, I was kinda looking forward to trying their rosti.
For $13, you get a nice sized rosti topped with a salmon fillet and some garden peas. The key to a good rosti is a crispy crust and unfortunately, Ang Moh Zi Char's rosti was soggy and greasy.
I will be back for their pizza but will probably give the rosti a miss.

Chicken Chop Portuguese Flavoured Rice (S$6)

Order the Rosti with 2 protein (chicken chop NC Salmon which cost $12. The Rosti was served quickly in about 2mins to me that's when I knew it was not cooked to order.
The Rosti is soggy and not crispy as I expect. The salmon seems a bit undercook. The only good thing would be the chicken chop which was marinated well.
I felt that overall, concept of this stall is good but food is not as good as Butternut.
