Based on experience, I added wantons, Northern-style minced pork and cuttlefish balls. These are the better ingredients. It already comes with tau gey, beancurd skin, pickles and chives so don't order those. The minced meat may be salty, but it's always useful for their bland soups. Mine was so poor my impression of them keeps dropping.
