With continual release of innovative flavours, Brother Bird entices us to return for more seasonal line-ups. Their croissants remain flaky, crispy, and airy delights. If nitpicking, all the bakes are heavier-handed on the butter flavour, albeit not too cloying.

๐‚๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ค๐ž๐ง ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐š๐ ๐ง๐ž (4 โญ๏ธ) stood out for the cheesy chicken bolognese filling while ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ค๐จ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐ฐ๐ง (3.5 โญ๏ธ) was a close second. The latter had juicy fresh prawns and savory mentaiko filling that was rich without being too creamy, albeit on the saltier side.

๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ ๐œ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ข๐œ๐ž-๐›๐š๐ค๐ž๐ (3.5 โญ๏ธ) was certainly unique but didnโ€™t quite achieve the โ€˜carrot cakeโ€™ element with the light carrot cake frangipane (felt this could be richer) and topping of cream cheese.

๐‚๐ข๐ง๐ง๐š๐ฆ๐จ๐ง ๐›๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ ๐š๐ซ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ญ (3.5 โญ๏ธ) impressed in being not too sweet (just how we like it!). Soft and chewy with distinct cinnamon flavour.

๐Ž๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฅ (3.5 โญ๏ธ) was classic although a tad buttery for our palettes. ๐‘๐จ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐ซ ๐œ๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š๐ง๐ญ (3 โญ๏ธ) was generously loaded with creamy and sweet hazelnut filling (tasted similar to nutella). Would suit sweeter tooth but personally would have preferred darker and richer chocolate, and more generous loading of nuts.
