New stall in on the claypot trend with a twist - the dishes are PRC-inspired. Stallholder was very nice but flustered as the only staff. We had a tough time deciding, because they have many interesting dishes. We ordered this partly because it's safe. The meat was tender and the tofu was nice to have. There's a bit more ingredients beneath, your typical China stuff. Maybe my only gripe is it's not that umami?
