I haven't been blown away by food in a long time. The young Malaysian cook here just outdid his high standards. Don't be fooled by the dish's name, it's unknown. It uses large cuts of pork belly, batters them, fries them, then dip in a Korean-style sauce. I don't know where he sourced the meat, but it's half fat, half tender lean. Mouth orgasm sia. My addition of an egg tipped this meal over.
