Simple yet delicious. Hot and crispy helps, but the prawn, water chestnut and whatever else inside were all done well. Better than the average dim sum in Singapore.

You're not missing anything. I especially cannot stand one with inadequate meat for the rice.

Starchy soup 羹, which doesn't have an English name. The most famous version is probably squid, but I find it pungent. Here they use fish fritters that might be factory-made but decent enough. Soup base was excellent.
