I had this when i was at the airport for the flight back to SG.
I ordered the Golden Sesame tan tan which has the ramen in a savory combination of peanut and sesame. There's also soy meat, pickled mustard plant, cabbage, bean sprouts and finally topped with onion and red pepper. There are also many toasted Golden sesame floating atop the rich, creamy and nutty broth. I have never had vegan ramen before and this was so deeeeeelicious!! 🍜

Not sure how i managed to find this place, but they serve up a very good bowl of Chinese style Japanese ramen and is famous for their wanton. You have to choose between Shoyu and Shio broth. The 1st floor are counter seats and the basement have a much larger space. This place can get crowded during lunch time and there were short queues to go in when I was there for lunch. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I ordered the standard 広州云吞面. The noodles came submerged in this clear shoyu broth topped with 10 #wanton with a hard boiled egg, vegetables and bamboo shoots. The noodles were the thin kind but were tasty and springy. The wanton with pork, chives and green onion as fillings was substantial being wrapped in a thin and delicate layer of skin I feel like the broth only made the wanton more tasty. Recommended to come to this place to try the wanton! 🍜

Here’s my bowl of chicken broth ramen. Do not be put off by the ocean blue Color as it’s only blue spirulina which has no taste but aids in your health instead. This comes with 4 pieces of tender sous vide chicken, egg and vegetables. Truly a bowl of aesthetic ramen 🍜

After reading up on their most famous dish and seeing people ordering this while i ordered the dipping soba, i came here for a second visit! >.>

I was served with this bowl of rich, thick and creamy chicken broth(Tori Paitan (鶏白湯))! This is the best chicken broth ramen i have ever tasted!! Seriously yummy!!!!! It comes with an egg, chicken meat, cherry tomato, corn and yam. Noodles was aldente as well. My experience here was nothing but the best. I normally don't go back to the same store for a second visit as i wanted to try out new food but i will consider coming back here. <3

I chose their best seller, Nikutama Ramen.The ramen consists of nice and soft charsiew, eggs, negi leek, bamboo shoots, dark green vegetables and springy medium thick noodles. The highlight of this bowl of ramen are their incredibly rich tonkotsu broth! So full of flavor! I slurped everything up

I ate this on my last day in japan. I didn't like it. I find that the soup is not thick enough. Eggs were not raw enough. Other than that the noodles and pork is good.

Yasubee is also one of the more famous ramen shop. Soup broth is made with dried baby sardines and dry bonito flakes. The broth is rich and yummy with a tinge of spiciness. Noodle was perfect as usual!

This store is situated at the tokyo ramen street. Location is as above. I arrived amid lunch time and the line was long however it was justified regardless of the hold up! This is a standout amongst the most popular tsukemen ramen in Tokyo. The noodle is not the same as the other ramen noodles. It is thick like yellow noodles and it is as nice as other noodles that i have eaten in Japan. All the pleasant, chewy and springy goodness! the soup broth is made with chicken bones, dried baby sardines, mackerel pieces and bonito flakes, alongside vegetables. It seems like alot of soup base involves dried sardines in the making process. Anyways this is yummy too! You may want to check out tokyo character street too when you're there

I experienced considerable difficulties locating this shop since its blowing strong wind on that day that i chose to eat this! LOL Anyways i find that the ramen noodles in japan are all great! Noodles is as normal pleasant and springy. idk what to request so i just picked the one on the top. The topping is loaded with onion, bean sprouts and lady fingers. Soup stock is pork based and rich and delightful. If you don't mind be cautious as the shop is not clean.

The eatery itself is super squeezy yet in the event that you dont mind the spasm space, you're in for a treat!! The ramen soup is made of dried baby sardines or from what i read from the net. Didn't know how to communicate in japan so don't know how to inquire! The taste is entirely one of a kind. There's an indication of intensity yet it's not by any means impactful. The saltiness of the soup is alright too. The noodles are super decent and springy! There's some wonton skin inside. Don't know why there are those however its decent as well! The char siew is delicate and chewy. On the off chance that you stay close-by, do drop by as they are open all day, every day!
