Consider this money well spent. Mrs Pho’s 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝘽𝙤𝙬𝙡(~$9.90) was indeed a quality bowl of pho heaped with ridiculously tender beef slices, chewy beef balls that held a bite, and beef brisket. 🥩 The only gripe I had was the slight grimey texture of the brisket as I bit through its tough exterior.

The mild soup might be considered bland to some, but I preferred this to the many overdone salt laden broths — I didn’t find myself constantly reaching for water.
