Pho Hanoi (Amoy Street Food Centre)

One of the Vietnamese food stalls you can find at the food centre now, and it usually forms a queue in front of it during lunch hours.

Their signature combo has the mixture of sliced beef, brisket and balls. The soup is really rich in flavour.

soup was v flavourful and they were v generous w the beef! some of the beef was on the tougher side but not too bad. this did taste q one-dimensional though so i got tired of it after a while, but still a v good choice if you’re craving viet food!
