Very fresh, grilled w chili. The chili was great, not too spicy, except the prawn is so big and the chili is only on the surface so the flesh barely has any taste
Flesh was a tad dry, I think it's more the species rather than skills
Overall this place is really decent, things are quite fresh but I guess it takes some knowledge to pick the right items, esp given the variety of snails. Our dishes were all alright but I was certain if we tried some more exotic items they would be more likely to leave an impression
