Love the luminous yellow spanish rice dish made delicious with fresh yabbies, mussels, calamari, roasted capsicum strips — all scented with chimichurri sauce, served with wedges of lime and washed down with wine. Besides a selection of fancy cocktails and an extensive line of alcoholic beverages, the menu carries some signature items from its sister restaurant (@mischief.sg at esplanade) including the perfectly executed crispy pork belly (sio bak) and wagyu rump to juicy cajun roasted chicken.
Light yet flavourful, the umami capellini is a great start to any meal for its light yet flavourful notes from the kombu, togarashi and furikake, while the baby back ribs is my must-have for its tender, fall-off the bone meaty goodness.
Next up, for seafood lovers go for the miso salmon, vongole alla blanc (korean clams in garlic white wine sauce) and the addictive deep-fried baby calamari with squid-ink mayo dip - there’s always something for everyone. Do expect more contemporary european dishes with a touch of asian flair. .

The porky aglio olio (S$15.80) is refreshingly light and flavourful made with tangy dressing of olive oil, garlic and thai chili padi topped with sliced roasted pork.
Meat and cheese lovers will enjoy the oozy cheesy chicken (S$23.80) stuffed with rich, melted cheese centre and wrapped in a layer of thin, crispy bacon; and moo ping (S$12.80) the juicy thai-style pork skewers served with special homemade thai chili sauce for an added dimension of flavour. The crowd’s favourite, rib king (S$15.80) a western twist on the chinese-style tender pork ribs that makes a satisfying meal. The mazesoba nagoya style (S$12.80) noodles were springy and chewy with lots of umami-ness from the sauce, and I loved the fragrance of the spring onions when mixed together, tho i find them overly generous.
The dollop of minced meat gave a slight hint of spice, while the runny onsen egg coated the ramen with a rich creaminess.
We also tried the mazesoba with soft boiled egg ($12.30) topped with char siew, onsen egg, bamboo shoots and seaweed. -

The perfect caramalization on the char siu or the best meaty wanton, while others place more emphasis on the sauce and texture of the noodles.
The wanton noodles at @being1ton is cooked al-dente, giving it a nice texture and some chewy dimension, while the roasted meat is lean and flavourful that doesn’t feel too greasy. I especially love the crispy and juicy fried shrimp dumplings. You’ll notice some extra effort goes to the plating at this stall which was visually appealing. -
