In a huge hawker centre like Old Airport, there is only one stall that sells this and it only opens for dinner! I felt alittle disappointed.

Settled for dry beef noodles and was pretty much quite happy with it. A bowl filled with sliced beef, brisket, tendon, tripe and beef balls. Bits of peanut and salted veges strewned over. The gravy seemed atad starchy at first but as I tossed and tossed and tossed everything together, it turned out to be a smooth consistency.

It was good. Absolutely no regrets slurping this. Made me forget the satay beehoon.

Duck confit prepared about 12 hours, flesh that fell off the bone. Mixed salad, which included nuts and pomegranate seeds, by the side was tossed in a citrussy tangy dressing. Of course, slow roasted chicken inspired by the signature of @poulet, a different interpretation by Chef Joshua. Lighter in seasonings, garnished with corn kernels and mushrooms. My favorite was the prawn and garlic angel hair pasta. Huge juicy tiger prawns lying snugly on a bed of pasta. Spicy chorizo provided that comforting heat and a pleasant salty aftertone. I do find this addictive and would go back for it again.

Same same but yet different. An interesting menu especially to fit the palates of the discerning diner.

A subtle coconut fragrance exudes from the rice. Juicy chicken leg enveloped by its crispy skin. Taste a hint of lemongrass. I love the achar for its tantalising tangy flavors. Sambal is a must have. Spicy with a light touch of citrussy note. It is like a crowning glory. Without it, I believe it is an "incomplete" nasi lemak.

I thoroughly savored this in a slow but steady enjoyment mood. If I am around here again, I would want to try the beef rendang.

The soup was slurpworthy. A very nice tangy tone after each spoonful. The twang actually brought out the sweetness of the sliced fish. Beansprouts added that crunch. Unfortunately, some of the noodles were clumped together. Because this was a set lunch, I chose the mango prawn roll, in which I left three quarters untouched. Atad oily for my tastebuds.

Star of this dish was the broth and fish. I would go back for this but without the noodles.

Yeah..... this day is the ultimate lazy day.

Today, I seek to have a bowl of noodles. So a 5 minute traipse to @easttreasures purported to be well known for prawn noodles. My chosen was the classic dry noodles. An abundance of pork tail, sliced pork, one and a half tiger prawns and kangkong. Soup by the side, which was rich and umami. The seafoody taste was pretty evident. My only grouse.. the sodium was abit overwhelming for my tastebuds.

If you have huge love for "hae mee", this is worth a try. So yes, after satisfying the tummy, traipsing back for more lazy moments.

This was lighter and msg free. A prawn sliced in halves and one pork chop. At $10, I felt it was abit pricey.

Worth a try. My advice is to go before lunch as it is sold out by 2pm. Expect at least a half hour wait during peak hours.
