Unbelievable price. Not sure if the promo is still ongoing but I was there on 7 Aug. Both dishes were pretty basic, yet decent. The chilli flakes brought the taste up a notch. Overall, an extremely value-for-money meal. Minus 1 star for atmosphere as there was a fly buzzing around (indoors!) inexplicably.

𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐥 (4⭐️; $10.90) - Unassuming but delicious rendang that was succulent and flavourful with aromatic mix of spices, paired with tangy achar. Served with blue pea rice that was a tad dry by itself but mitigated by the topping of creamy onsen egg.

𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐚 (3.5⭐️; $9.90) - Enjoyed the savory broth with distinct prawn flavour, served with two peeled prawns, juicy tau pok, and boiled egg. Appreciated the beansprouts and fresh cucumber slices that added a crunch but found the thick noodles to be overcooked and soggy.

Interesting food, especially how it is paired with crossaint and achar salad

Strong brew coffee with well-balanced milk to coffee ratio; not bitter or acidic..

Cake is firm but moist; very rich with dark chocolate, with hint of buah keluak taste; not overly sweet or bitter; good for chocolate-lover; not a fan of chocolate but this is addictive; an interesting dessert worth the calories..
