Ole Sambala Spice (Geylang Bahru)

This must be their innovation. It comes in fours. It's okay lor. The bun and the sauce tasted per expectations. I don't think it's some brilliant combination.

Sambal stingray here is very good.

Generous about of onions and sambal.

Stingray is fresh and the meat was so smooth and easily scrap off the bone. And the top skin was grilled almost to a crisp.

They serve sambal stingray for lunch too!!!

Chicken was tender.

Generous amount of Rendang Sauce. Sauce had an evident lemongrass taste to it.

The Otah was very good, must add on.

Serves Sambal Seafood as well, will definitely return to try that for sure soon.
