shukuu japanese izakaya and bar has a great ambience and delicious food. the staff were attentive in clearing the plates and refilling our water ⭐️

food-wise, the main highlights for me were the hotate mentaiyaki and gyu don. the scallops were tender, juicy and the mentai complemented it really well! even though the gyu don was a mini donburi, it was really filling and the beef slices were generous enough. 💯

Great food selections and Excellent service. If you are looking for a good Japanese restaurant, I would highly recommend this.

I love the vibe at this Izakaya. The menu variety is also quite expansive. The deep fried items were especially well-done. We ordered the Unagi Tempura from the seasonal menu, which was remarkably good!

A nice place to chill and enjoy your evening. There's a wide selection of Izakaya food options. From seasonal specials, sashimi, cooked food, yakitori, grilled items and many more. You can even order their fried burdock as a healthier snack too.

The food was good especially the cod! Quiet ambience and have the japanese vibes. Good for couples and also company dinner for food and drinks!

went in at 8+ but they have no more udon and garlic fried rice, so i tried the oden. it's a comfort bowl of hot soup with usual oden ingredients, just what i needed on that day. the soup also has a slightly sweet taste to it, and the radish and fishcakes were soft to chew. i also tried the pork jowl charshu, i liked how soft it is to chew and the gravy was also slightly sweet. lastly, tried the black pork collar. although it was on the tougher side, it's well seasoned. the other food on the menu looks good to be paired with drinks, even though i did not order any drinks that day.
