I tried their Lampino Iberico Chuletero and Tajima MBS 6-7 Wagyu Picanha.

Oh my god, this iberico pork and wagyu picanha is some of the best I've tried. The iberico pork easily disintegrates in your mouth and its burnt onion & potato skin puree complements the pork perfectly.

With every bite I took, I closed my eyes, leaned back and took a deep breath to bask in the tenderness of this piece of art. If my mom was here, she would have told me to stop smiling and keep eating before the food turns cold.

I’m not even kidding, I couldn’t stop smiling because it was just SO GOOD.

Sourdough Bread
Good. Bread was a little dry but miso butter was light and savory.

Lampino Iberico
Absolutely delicious. Pork was perfectly cooked—tender and slightly chewy, yet still offering a satisfying bite. Each element on the plate came together in a harmonious blend of flavours: the savoury depth of the meat, the gentle tanginess from the mushroom relish, and subtle sweetness and savouriness from the purée and sauce.

Tajima Wagyu Picanha
Delicious. While the steak is cooked perfectly, with rich, aromatic beefiness in every bite, a touch more aromatics could have enhanced the flavour even further. The shallot was perfectly cooked — sweet, tender, and beautifully aromatic.

Chic restaurant and attentive staff who explained the in-house fermenting processes. The lumina lamb loin was perfect doneness and accompanied by flavourful sauces.

Food was amazing! The Salmon Tartare was fresh and flavourful with a nice caviar touch. The Lumina Lamb Loin was perfectly cooked, tender and packed with flavour. Loved the Lampino Iberico too — juicy, tender and paired so well with the sauce. Also, special shoutout to the warm sourdough bread that came with an incredible homemade butter — so good we could’ve eaten it on its own! The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain how each dish was prepared. Great experience all around, would definitely come back!

Had the Lampino Iberico Chuletero, and it was the best dish i've ever eaten. the pork was cooked to exactly my liking and they even allowed us to substitute the beef garum to butter as i do not eat beef. was served by the most wonderful waiter as well, thank you Mateo!

Had a fantastic dinner here! The staffs were friendly, attentive and well knowledgeable about the menu. Had the sourdough bread to start, the fermented miso butter that came with it was flavourful and paired really well with the bread

For mains i had the Wagyu Picanha that was tender and perfectly medium rare

Also had the lemon ginger spritz that was flavourful but not overpowering
