Went to One Prawn & Co at New Bahru and had a great time. The food was really good, and the staff were nice and friendly. The ambience was very pleasant — we were seated right in front of the chefs, and it was cool watching them prepare the dishes. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

such an amazing dining experience! quality of the ingredients were superb and we got to see the chefs at work, and it was clear that they were professionals and passionate about the food that they served. food wise, i truly enjoyed every course and the flavours were a mark above the rest. special shout out to the jumbo tiger prawns and dry aged kingfish!

Dining at One Prawn has been an amazing experience. Its grilled octopus in assam pedas hummus seems a simple dish but is made perfect by a laborious process. It is tender yet bouncy, juicy and sweet, smoky…nice on its own and yet the hummus gives an added flavour. The jumbo prawns was deliciously fresh and firm, served in sakura vermouth and burnt leek oil which is bursting with flavours. The kingfish has been 16 days dry-aged which enhanced its firm texture and rich sweet-buttery flavour. I enjoy both versions, salted or with its green goddess sauce. I enjoy the grilled oyster and okra too.

I recommend the 16 days dry-aged kingfish loin and the jumbo tiger prawn. The kingfish comes with an intense umami, mildly salty, with a sweet buttery taste. The meat is firm, yet tender and pleasant to chew. The tiger prawns were awesome. Prepared perfectly, the freshness and firm texture, and of course, the sauce is something to shoutout.

Best tasting prawns , great presention and cooked to perfection. Clearly the other dishes were great too as we tried the 8 course menu. I liked the octopus as well as the aged fish. The team was amazing and patient in sharing the food prep . Open concept kitchen made it so interesting to see what goes behind the scenes of the food. Overall a 10/10 and will come back as I didn’t get to try the lobster ! :)

Beautiful ambience to unwind on a weekday and had counter seats so i could watch them prepare every dish with care. Ordered the jumbo tiger prawns which i loved as a seafood lover as it was really fresh and the sauce complimented well too. Their grilled oysters is a must order when i come again as well. Lovely dinner overall.
