A hearty bowl of thick, chewy knife-cut noodles (刀削面) tossed in a rich, savoury minced pork sauce with a slight hint of sweetness that balances out the deeper, meaty flavours. The cucumber adds a crisp, refreshing contrast, cutting through the richness for a well-balanced bite 》$6.50

Each dumpling is plump, juicy and wrapped in delicate, silky skin that soak up all that spicy, aromatic chilli oil. The sauce has just the right balance of heat and fragrance, soaking into every dumpling without drowning out the natural goodness.

Served in a classic blue and white porcelain bowl, the dish carries a touch of tradition, while a generous sprinkle of coriander and spring onion adds a refreshing contrast to the heat. No frills, just straight-up flavour with some kick 》$7

I'm back! I remembered it's good but hadn't returned because la mian has since become common. Mala soup can't drink so a bit sian, but the pork was tender and fatty, and I liked their knife-cut noodle.

I'm back! I remembered it's good but hadn't returned because la mian has since become common. The meat was great quality, the broth was fragrant and the garnish elevated it. But I regret the noodle choice zzz. I hate wide noodles and I thought biang biang was like 关庙面 but theirs was as wide as kway chap.

vv big portion of chewy thick noodles, can feed 2 ppl. intestines were huge yet tasted clean! soup wasnt overly oily but could have been spicier imo

This food stall in the food court above Bishan Bus Interchange is no stranger to many people living in Bishan.

Interesting way of ordering as you need to head over to the ordering kiosk around the stall to make your order, then proceed to the counter to make your payment and collect your queue number.

A big bowl of beef la mian here with tasty soup. Topped with pieces of beef.
