First time here at Meadesmoore and the food was really impressive! SG steakhouses tend to be slightly dissapointing in terms of quality to price ratio - but Meadesmoore is commendable.
The meat was succulent, tender and umami packed. While the sides, though not the stars of the show were well executed. Particularly liked the dessert - a Mango/Passionfruit Pavlova which cut through the heavy meal we had.
Portions were generous as you can tell which is so much better than many other “high-quality” steakhouses in SG.
Definitely somewhere to visit again!
Had an incredible dining experience at Meadesmoore. The ambiance was warm and cozy, ideal for a date night. Started the night with their sakoshi bay oyster that was well-seasoned. Followed by their steak which was incredibly tender, juicy and flavourful. We also had a side of balsamic roasted mushrooms, which paired nicely with the mains. Lastly, the pavlova flotante, it was light and refreshing, a true delight to the palate! Would highly recommend Meadesmoore if you are looking for a place that serves great steak and a memorable night out.
Enjoyed a solid meal at Meadesmoore! Had the Wagyu flat iron and grassfed ribeye — both cooked perfectly. The ribeye had a great balance of tenderness and bite, not overly chewy.
The mac & cheese was rich and comforting, and the roasted honey saffron cauliflower added a nice touch of sweetness and spice. Wrapped up with the Pavlova Flotante — light, citrusy, and refreshing.
Service was attentive and the ambience made for a relaxed, cozy night. Would definitely come back for another round!
Came here for a dinner date, had the bone marrow for starter and wow it was cooked to perfection, silky and melts in your mouth, then came the main we had the steak with was cooked perfectly medium rare, and lastly we had the tiramisu, if you like your tiramisu to have a nice hint of alcohol this is perfect for you, cant wait to go back again!
Had a lovely dinner date here. great ambient lighting and a calm atmosphere. The chimichurri crusted bone marrow with grilled sourdough was rich and silky, and the medium rare steak was spot on with excellent sauces. The balsamic roasted mushrooms were tasty but a bit heavy for me. Ended with a tiramisu generously topped with brandied cream, which gave a nice boozy kick.
N34 Garnet F1 Wagyu Striploin
Absolutely delicious. Hands down the best steak I've ever had, outshining all the tenderloins, prime ribs, and tomahawks I've tried before. While the sear could’ve been a bit more pronounced, the steak itself was expertly seasoned, wonderfully tender, and carried a lovely charred aroma. The salsa verde or chimichurri felt slightly too salty, especially since the steak was already well-seasoned. The red wine glaze, on the other hand, was luxuriously rich with a deep, complex flavor.
Burrata Di Pugliese
Absolutely delightful. I never quite understood the hype around burrata — until now. This one completely changed my mind. The cheese was beautifully moist and creamy, and when paired with the lavender vinaigrette, it truly stood out. The hint of lavender was an unexpected but pleasant touch, adding a refreshing layer of flavor that made the dish even more appetizing.
Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms
Delicious. I loved the earthy, umami-rich mushrooms — they complemented the heaviness of the steak perfectly. Personally, I think the dish could be taken up a notch, maybe with a touch more balsamic vinegar to make the flavors pop even more?
Pavlova Flotante (Yuzu)
Delicious. I really enjoyed the contrast of textures and how refreshing and aromatic the dessert was. It wasn’t overly sweet as well, making it a perfect way to end the meal.
