The highlight was undoubtedly the peanut filling—perfectly balanced with a creamy, peanut-buttery richness and a satisfying crunch. Tried the chicken rice at Feng Ji and honestly left a bit disappointed. Ordered for 2 pax, but the portion felt way too small for the price. It didn’t come with soup or vegetables, which makes it even less value for money when compared to their individual set meal that include both.

The chicken was tender and succulent, no complaints there. But the rice lacked the usual fragrance you’d expect, and the chilli was average at best. Decent execution on the chicken, but overall, it didn’t quite live up to expectations.
