Ordered a salmon burrata foccacia sandwich. The sandwich is well-balanced with the nuttiness of the pesto sauce, creaminess of the burrata and smokiness of the salmon. Another crowd favorite is the sourdough pizza , would definitely return to try this out next time.
Good vibes and deco. Had their Mediterranean Foccacia Sandwich, and was impressed by their minty chutney and fried cauliflower. To top it off had their Hojicha Latte Foam.and it is creamy and smooth.
Friendly staff too which makes the entire dining experience amazing one
[TELOK AYER, SINGAPORE] If you fancy a good evening night out with good food and drinks, look no further as @gotti.sg got it handled. Splendid food, really good cocktails and entertaining bartenders and servers really made our evening here.
Being an Italian restaurant, Gotti executed their risotto and pizzas really well. Risotto Al Granchio 🦞 ($32) boasts a really delicious lobster bisque with bits of crabmeat that provided additional sweetness. There was the slight bite to the risotto that I was looking for too! Pesto E Burrata 🌿 ($36) pizza was a delight as well, with a fluffy chewy crust that was so well seasoned, and a pesto & burrata flavour combination that was rich and aromatic.
As for starters, Ceviche Di Capesante 🐚($32) was really refreshing with tangy, sweet and savoury flavours all coming through from the yuzu dressing, scallops and ikura. You can try to ask for their current hidden menu, which was their Beef Tartare 🐮 at that point of time. It was so fresh too!
Desserts can't be skipped here, with their Tiramisu 🍰 ($18) being a lovely end to the meal. They don't go easy with the liqueur in this, which made it so satisfying 😋
Their cocktails are definitely a speciality here, with the bartenders being so skillful. Their Old Fashioned 🥃 ($22) was really one of the best I've had, with the whisky blending so well with the cinnamon flavours. They can even do bespoke drinks, which is an experience to try 😍
They have speciality event nights with DJs playing running across several days in a week too... Gah there's just too many reasons to come here 🥹 Everyone in the @gotti.sg team was so lively, and you can see their passion in their job through the food, drinks and service. Can't wait to be back for a good evening again. Thank you @gotti.sg for the invite 😍
Yeast side is a cosy joint located at the King Albert Centre. While it usually dishes out its signature pizzas, it also serves a formidable array of focaccia offerings for its breakfast menu.
We tried the Smashed Beef and Mr Crab.
Much attention is given to both items. The bread are toasted with a slight char on both sides, enhancing the crusts.
The amount of fillings - meat, greens and condiments- for both sandwiches are meticulously balanced without one ingredient overpowering another other.
We also tried the matcha foam series which were served hot. The drink is full bodied and earthy, with a faint aftertaste of seaweed.
Overall, if you like to have a breakfast or a light lunch after a hike at Bukit Tomak Hill, the Green Corridor or Clementi Forest, do have a break at the Yeast side located at King Albert Park Centre.

Had a quick bite for brunch at this cozy establishment. The smashed beef focaccia was so meaty and delicious! Highly recommend!
Very nice place. Staffs are nice too. Conveniently located near one of the exits at Farrer Park MRT. Wide variety of food, love the angus beef sandwich. Definitely deserve some love here
amazing service, super accomodating to customers. most importantly, the foccacia is prolly one of the best i've ever hadddd. recommended!
Had really good focaccia sandwiches and truffle fries here! Nice and cosy cafe to have a nice brunch and their matcha is surprisingly great, on par with specialty matcha stores
Had Yeast Side at KAP and loved the relaxed and chill vibe of the outdoor seating! We shared two different focaccia sandwiches - the smashed beef and the salmon burrata - and I liked that the focaccia bread was nice and chewy! Also had their lychee tea which was very refreshing.
