($7) consisted of matcha sauce and matcha crumbs. Finally tried it after a long time. But the kurtos was quite mild texture (not that soft or strong). But chocolate was quite milky texture and not much chocolate aftertaste. But matcha sauce got weird sauce and not that nice tbh.

If you’re at VivoCity, don’t miss Mizuya Kaisen Don & Tempura! Their hearty udon bowls, with rich umami-packed broth and silky noodles, are pure comfort in a bowl.

With #BurppleBeyond, you can enjoy the $27.90 Burpple Set, which comes with a Donburi and Thin Udon of your choice (we loved their signature Premium Mix Tempura Udon). Additionally, it includes a side dish and a free green tea too!

2 set cost $27.90 nett. Don is using mushroom glutinous rice, more flavourful than jap rice. Tempura nicely fried. Set includes green tea

Fuel Plus has closed and moved to Potong Pasir under the name of Fuelx. You can check their socials for more info. Hopefully burpple updates their map soon.

i love Healthy365 i got $10 off just from walking and 20% off from being a Decathlon member so I only paid 16 CENTS for this giant wrap🙏🏼😭🔥🥵…maybe because i had too much fried food recently, or that it was almost a free meal, but i cannot emphasise how tasty this was.

The Unagi Kaisen Jyu ($19.80) comes with a generous portion of chirashi and a piece of grilled eel. The eel is sweet, savoury and tender. The chirashi is fresh and I love that I can enjoy two types of rice bowl at one go. I also topped up $3 to add a Chawanmushi but I wouldn’t recommend that as there are very little ingredients and it is nothing much to rave about. Nonetheless, still a satisfying meal!

If you’re a fan of bold, comforting flavors, YAO YAO’s Sauerkraut Fish & Peking Duck Combo is a must-try! This spot has quickly become one of my favorites for its perfect balance of Sichuan heat, tanginess, and indulgent dishes that never disappoint.

The Sauerkraut Fish steals the show with its tender fish slices swimming in a tangy, spicy broth that's rich with umami. It’s the perfect comfort dish for any suancai fish lover. Pairing this with the Sichuan Poached US Kurobuta Pork in a split pot makes it even better. The pork broth is fiery and robust, offering a delightful contrast to the fish’s sharp, sour notes.

The Peking Duck with Tobiko is a highlight in its own right. The duck is roasted to perfection, with crispy, golden skin that pairs beautifully with the subtle crunch of tobiko. It adds a touch of indulgence and texture that elevates the dish.

The sides round off the experience perfectly—the Poached Baby Chinese Cabbage with Crispy Whitebait adds a refreshing and slightly savory touch, while the Rainbow Cold Jelly is a sweet, cooling finale to balance out the meal.
