We had the char siu tonkotsu ramen from Okinawa Ramen at Shifu Food Court, and it was savoury.
Only $6.90, definitely coming back for more!

(Grande - $8.80) it's quite strong taste for mocha + chocolate chips

($6.90) I finally tried their ramen after trying their rice and bibimnoodle since my friend always order this most of time. But I find that their ramen was quite hard a bit and still got "q" texture. Pork was quite tough texture tbh.

Odeon Weekday Lunch Set

($15.90) consisted of Chicken Ochazuke and Hojicha Karigane Cold Brew. i felt that it's not that bad but the serving portion is not for hungry patrons. The broth was quite strong tea flavour with savoury teriyaki chicken. Hojicha Karigane Cold Brew taste like roasted tea and no sugar inside.

Odeon Weekday Lunch Set

($15.90) consisted of Duck Ochazuke ($1) and 1925 Cold Brew. As my cousin she have tried it before, she still think smoked duck was much better than the rest of them. 1925 Cold Brew taste like sweet natural tea.

($6.90) they overheated brioche as it's quite hard and a bit char texture.

($7.90) I felt that it's not nice seasonal drink and taste like strawberry puree (sweet taste) plus matcha latte (bitter taste).

($8) come 2 random dish (got radish flavour pork and spinach salad) (they will be changing daily) with rice and oden soup. I really enjoy daikon flavour pork meat as it was strong taste for marinated grilled pork.

My overall experience at this establishment was unsatisfactory. Both the service and the food quality fell below expectations, with no notable redeeming qualities—aside from the iced lemon tea, which was decent.

I visited primarily due to a Burpple deal for the noodle set. When I attempted to apply the Burpple deal at payment, I was informed - rather rudely - that 1) I should have said earlier, and 2) she was not aware of any such deal. Another staff I asked was also clueless about the Burpple deal. This was frustrating, particularly since the deal was the main reason for our visit.

Be that as it may, I thought the Noodle Set B ($10.30) was quite value for money given that you get a good bowl of minced pork noodles plus a drink and ice jelly dessert. However, my partner clearly disliked her Dry Mala and I had to agree - the boiled ingredients were subpar and the sesame-chilli mix sauce was not to our tastes.

Given the subpar experience, would caution against coming to this place for the dry mala. The noodle set might be worth your while, however.

Had to add on the uni sushi during omakase and it’s 100% worth it. So creamy, fresh, and briny in the best way. Its vibrant orange hue hints at the quality.

Wrapped lovingly in crispy nori, the combination of flavours and textures is nothing short of magical. The uni's rich umami blends beautifully with the slight saltiness of the seaweed. It’s ultra creamy, fresh, and melts into the sushi rice like ocean butter.

If you're already doing the omakase at Standing Sushi Bar, do yourself a favour and add on the uni sushi for just $10/Piece. One piece might not be enough, so… maybe two?
