We ordered the Nian Gao Waffles ($6.80) with double scoop ($8 + $0.5 for premium flavours). White Peach Oolong for light and refreshing, but my favourite would have to be Peanut and Black Sesame Muah Chee! The peanut and black sesame flavours complemented each other perfectly, and there is chewy muah chee bits inside the ice cream. I donβt usually eat ice cream but I enjoyed this!
Dropped by Souperb for a hearty, homely meal and was pleasantly impressed. The pear pork ribs soup was warm, clean-tasting and subtly sweet from the pear and white fungus.
The minced bean paste steamed fish was impeccably done. Tender, flaky and melt-in-your-mouth, with a savoury bean paste sauce that paired perfectly with the delicate fish.
The steamed vegetables were simple but spot-on β fresh, crisp and lightly seasoned with soy sauce, finished with a sprinkle of fragrant fried shallots.
Despite the long queue, food was served quickly after ordering. A solid go-to for an affordable, fuss-free and comforting meal.

Plump pork ribs with a nice herbal soy braise that is super tender and fall-off-the-bone. The al-dente noodles have that perfect bounce, well-tossed in a flavourful and slightly spicy sauce without the signature alkaline taste that sometimes overshadows the dish.
The dumplings are plump and generously stuffed with juicy, savoury filling. Meanwhile, the fried wontons are pretty normal and nothing to rave about.
Queue can get a little long during peak hours.

Overall, a nice refreshing, indulgent holiday treat
($12) included curly fries (reg) and green tea (hot) I felt that their cream cheese was quite thick texture but then too much ingredients inside the chicken burger such as fried bacon, fried chicken breast and onion ringlet.
Not my first try. Permanent oyster cake stores are rare so I always appreciate them. Theirs are chock full so they're worth the money.
I don't even eat Song Fa's bak kut teh hahaha but I heard good things about this. Indeed, it's surprisingly impressive. The kung pao flavour was on point, there's lots of meat and the garnish was my kind of food.
I don't even eat Song Fa's bak kut teh hahaha but I heard good things about this. Indeed, it's surprisingly impressive. Even the best kway chap is just kway chap but this had some elegance to it. The kway was thin and smooth, and the broth was fragrant. We also tried the "white" kway, which uses peppery broth and minced meat. It's inferior but acceptable. Among the ingredients, the pork belly was superb and the pig skin was the tenderest I've encountered.
second time ordering the lobster roll from dancing crab's outlets. first had it at the orchard outlet, and i'd like to say that the orchard outlet does this dish better. in comparison to the first lobster roll i had at the orchard outlet, the brioche roll was lacking in the butteriness that i had enjoyed previously, and was served at a less than ideal temperature. the fries accompanying it were decent, but it was nothing to shout about. would skip this dish at this outlet and go for their signature crab bags instead.
priced at $118 per set, this bag came with a 700g crab, prawns, scallops, clams, corn and good quality sausages. we chose the cajun sauce (which had more than enough kick to it), and shared it amongst 2-3pax. extremely filling despite it not sounding like much on the menu. would reorder this, but perhaps with a different sauce in the future.
Mango Sticky Rice with a twist
.
Glutinous rice base, coconut milk-infused mousse and topped with mango cubes

The experience was somewhat disappointing. The mango cubes had a canned taste, and the glutinous rice was excessively hard. However, the only saving grace was the coconut milk-infused mousse
